PAINT ROOM
Paint Room fits 10 Adults comfortably, 20 adults intimately with smaller paper.
Paint Room is for throwing, dripping and getting messy, if you want!
SAND PLAY ROOM
Sand Play Room for therapy or fun.
Lots of items to spark any imagination with extra sand trays and fabric.
Sand Play Room available for use during your rental!
15 djembe drums and other percussion instruments including a piano.
Also available: Tiny kitchen with refrigerator, sink, microwave;
Bathroom with ADA grab bar.
We want to make every event a happy event!
One-time/random rental by the day (8 hours)
For workshops, seminars, specialty classes, etc.
- $350/day (8:00a – 5:00p)
- $450/day and evening (8:00a – 10:00p)
- Includes painting room, sand tray room, magazine library, general supplies, 7-6′ tables, 30 chairs)
- 1/2 hour set-up and clean-up included with day rental fee.

- 1/2 hour set-up and clean-up per day included with day rental fee.
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday or just Saturday & Sunday. (Sundays until 6:30 p.m.)
