Come join us for a fun and easy drumming circle lead by Michele Lyons & Tish McAllise Sjoberg that will include easy movement and a visual art response. Leave feeling energized, supported by a community of women and with a big SMILE! This is not a structured rhythm drum class but an opportunity to find your own rhythm and be playful!
If you have a drum you love, bring it, if not, we will have plenty. Wear comfortable clothing.
No previous art or drumming experience needed!
