Art Church – Art as a Spiritual Practice

Slow down and be with yourself through art making. A rich morning that feeds your spirit, rests your body, quiets your mind and helps you remember who you are! For those who wish to explore artmaking as a spiritual pursuit. Today there are many who don’t feel called to religion or church but long for a spiritual connection. Here we will use the arts to have a conversation with ourselves and connect to our longings and gifts. This is not about religion, yet in the inquiry you may choose to make connections to your religious beliefs. No previous art experience necessary. Every 2nd and 4th Sunday, 10:00 a.m. – Noon, $25 (Included in the monthly pass.)

Pet Loss is Real Loss

Our animals can be like family members and the death of a pet can be very painful, often with little space to grieve. If you have lost a beloved pet, either recently or long ago, and would like to take time to honor them, this group is for you. Join us as we come together to honor creatively the passing of our animal friends.  We will use simple art making processes to explore our grief and also look to the art for resources that can help us move forward in our life. No previous art experience necessary. Call for dates and/or sign up. Usually offered once per year.

Also available:

1 or 1.5 Hour sessions, great support for your life. Working with all life issues such as health, work, relationship, parenting, grief, depression, stress, trauma, and unblocking creativity. No previous art experience is necessary.

If you are interested in working with me individually, as a couple or family, using the Expressive Arts I offer a free 30-minute consultation so you can try it out and see if it is a good fit.
